The Mosaic restaurant located in the Country Inn & Suites is a wonderful spot to enjoy a relaxed and satisfying meal. The quality of the food was beyond words, with each dish described as yummy, tasty, and delicious. A definite must-try is the Dal Palak. The Watermark is a restaurant that is situated on a boat that floats on the Mandovi River. This place is highly recommended for those who are looking for a great dining experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the food quality is excellent. We tried their Bangkok Chicken and Crab Rice, both of which were exceptional, particularly the Crab Rice. We found the restaurant to be enjoyable due to the live music and the table layout, which was well spaced out and provided enough room for our entire team. For a truly Goan experience, we tried the feni-based cocktails and the Bebinca dessert with ice cream. The food portions served are generous, and the atmosphere is excellent. One of the best places in Panjim to have a great lunch buffet with office colleagues or groups of friends and family Its buffet offers a range of options from vegetarian to non-vegetarian, including starters, main courses, and desserts. The Live Chaat Counter is a highlight with its offerings of Palak Chaat, Papdi Chaat, Panipuri, and similar dishes. Additionally, the On-Table Grill with Barbeque Broil is a must-try experience, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available. The main course comprises around 14–15 different dishes in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian categories, such as biryani, salads, butter chicken, rice, soups, etc. There are over 20 different types of desserts, including cakes, ice cream, fruits, gulab jamun, and 6-7 different flavors of kulfi.
