Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding Casserole

Chocolate chip bread pudding is a delicious, rich and comforting dessert and is perfect for Eid celebrations. To prepare this dish first, combine milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, and a pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it's smooth and thoroughly mixed. Cut a loaf of bread into small pieces and put them in a baking dish that has been oiled. Then pour the mixture over the pieces of bread. Let it sit for approximately 15 minutes. Bake in your Usha's OTG for 30-35 minutes until the centre is set and the top is lightly brown. Serve it with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Sweet Potato & Chickpea Casserole

The Sweet Potato chickpea casserole is a tasty and nourishing dish which is a blend of protein-rich chickpeas and creamy sweet potatoes. For this dish combine cubed sweet potatoes, drained chickpeas, chopped onion, minced garlic cloves, and seasonings (cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper) in a big bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss properly to cover thoroughly. Then transfer the mixture to a baking dish that has been oiled. and bake it in your Usha's OTG for 25-30 minutes until the sweet potatoes are soft. Before serving, top with fresh herbs or feta cheese for more flavour.

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Casserole

Take rolled oats, milk (or almond milk), chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon powder, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl to prepare this dessert. Blend them thoroughly and transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Then garnish with more apple slices and cinnamon. Bake for 30-35 minutes in your Usha's OTG until the top is set and golden brown. Serve warm with yoghurt or drizzle maple syrup.

Chicken Biryani Casserole

To make this aromatic rice dish, first marinate the chicken pieces for at least half an hour with yoghurt, garam masala, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and lemon juice. Place marinated chicken pieces on top of half-cooked basmati rice in a casserole dish. Before covering with the remaining rice, add the chopped cilantro, fried onions, and mint leaves. Cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake it in Usha's OTG for around 40-45 minutes until the chicken is cooked properly. Serve hot with salad or raita.

Vegetable Pulao Casserole

Vegetable Pulao is a lighter and more nutritious alternative to meat-based casseroles which combines fresh veggies and flavourful spices. To make this pulao first sauté your preferred chopped vegetables, including bell peppers, carrots, and peas, in a small amount of oil, adding spices like cumin and garam masala to improve the flavour. When the vegetables are soft, add water (or vegetable broth) and rinsed basmati rice to it, mix thoroughly, transfer to a casserole dish that has been oiled, and level the top. Cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake it in your usha's OTG for 30-35 minutes until the rice is fluffy. Fluff it gently with a fork before and pair it with curry or raita.

Mutton Korma Casserole

Mutton Korma Casserole is made of soft-flavoured meat cooked with rich spices that will boost your Eid platter. To prepare this korma marinate the mutton chunks for at least an hour with yoghurt ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and lemon juice. Heat the ghee in a pan and cook some chopped onions until they caramelise. Add the marinated mutton, and cook until browned. Pour the cooked mixture into a baking dish that has been oiled. Add more yoghurt in layers, then garnish with fresh coriander leaves and carefully cover the dish with aluminium foil. Preheat your OTG and bake for 45 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and pair it with rice or naan.
