Chilli Paratha

Ingredients:

  1. Leftover paratha - 2
  2. Capsicum - 1/2 finely chopped
  3. Garlic-ginger paste - 1 tsp
  4. Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
  5. Carrot - 1 cut into slices
  6. Ginger - 1/2 inch grated
  7. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Chilli sauce - 1/2 tsp
  9. Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
  10. Curry leaves - 1 tsp
  11. Salt - as per taste
  12. Onion - 1 chopped
  13. Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
  14. Fennel - 1/2 tsp
  15. Oil - 2 tsp

Method:

  1. First, cut the leftover paratha into pieces and keep it aside.
  2. Next, heat oil in a pan, add fennel, onion, ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves, and fry till golden brown.
  3. After some time, mix all the other ingredients with capsicum and cook it well for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Then, add the chopped parathas. After cooking for about 4 minutes, turn off the gas.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Chinese Noodles

Ingredients:

  1. Leftover parathas - 2
  2. Garlic-ginger paste - 1 tsp
  3. Coriander powder - 2 tsp
  4. Salt - according to taste
  5. Carrot - 1 cut into slices
  6. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
  8. Chilli sauce - 1/2 tsp
  9. Onion - 1 chopped
  10. Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
  11. Oil - 2 tsp

Method:

  1. First, roll the leftover paratha, cut it in noodles' shape, and keep it in a vessel.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic-ginger, onion, salt and fry it.
  3. After frying for about 5 minutes, add the sauce and other spices and cook for some time.
  4. Then, add the leftover cut parathas and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. After this, turn off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Paratha Rolls

Ingredients:

  1. Tomato - 1 finely chopped
  2. Onion - 1 finely chopped
  3. Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  4. Green vegetable - 1 cup
  5. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Leftover paratha - 2
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Boiled potato - 1
  9. Butter - 2 tsp
  10. Oil - 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, add onions, tomatoes, red chillies, green vegetables and fry them well in a pan.
  2. After frying for about 5 minutes, please turn off the gas and leave it to cool down.
  3. Heat butter well with the paratha in a pan.
  4. After this, pour the mixture of fried green vegetables on top of this paratha and roll it.
  5. Your tasty paratha roll is ready.
