Deciding a menu for breakfast can be a tedious task for many. We always desire to munch onto something that is obviously tasty and delicious but at the very same time quick and easy to prepare. Poha is a traditional Maharashtrian dish that is typically prepared all across India today simply because it is so convenient, besides being so delicious. Another reason why people love cooking and enjoying poha is because it’s not only easy to cook and quite flavourful, but fulfilling enough to keep you going through the first half of the day. Poha requires one to combine flattened rice with spices and veggies that are cooked or steamed for just a few minutes.

There's indeed a wide gamut of Poha varieties you can make at home from chivda poha to bread poha, but have cooked a Poha with rotis or chapatis yet? The recipe we are about to share is sure to help you on the days when you’re short on the traditional poha rice and also have a pile of leftover rotis lying in your kitchen. Here are steps to make leftover roti poha at home.
