In her recent Instagram post, Yasmin has shared the recipe of grain-free seed crackers, which serve as a perfect treat for your taste buds. What’s more, they are super healthy, low-calorie, delicious, and easy to make. With flax, chia, sunflower, pumpkin seeds, and herbs, we can actually rejoice that we are bingeing on healthy stuff.

So, without further ado, let’s get to the recipe. Because we just can’t wait!
Ingredients you’ll need:
- ⅓ cup sunflower seeds
- ⅓ cup pumpkin seeds
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
- ⅓ cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup flax seeds
- Dry seasoning
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder,
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
¾ tsp rock salt
- 300 ml water
Here’s how you can make these crackers:
Step 1: Mix all the seeds in a bowl with the seasoning, add water and mix it well.
Step 2: Cover the mixture and refrigerate it for 4-5 hours.
Step 3: The chia seeds will absorb the water and turn jelly-like.
Step 4: Spread the mixture thinly on a baking sheet and bake until crisp.
(Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 120 degrees celsius, and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes)
Step 5: Munch on it, with this easy-to-make dip (given below):
Dip recipe:
2 cups hung curd
5 crushed garlic cloves
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Chili flakes to taste
Steps:
- Take a bowl and add hung curd.
- Add crushed garlic and salt. Mix it well.
- Sprinkle chili flakes and pepper. Your dip is ready!
