In her recent Instagram post, she has shared the recipe for a healthy ice-cream that looks absolutely delicious! Since it’s made from bananas and coconut milk, you don’t even have to think twice about indulging in it. Oh, and did we tell you it also has dark chocolate? We bet you are drooling!

Ingredients:

3 frozen bananas
3 tbsp coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dark chocolate to taste

Here’s how to make it:

1. Freeze three bananas overnight.
2. Chop them up and add to a blender.
3. Add one tablespoon of coconut milk, and one teaspoon of vanilla extract.
4. Blend together, until well combined.
5. In a wide mason jar, layer the mixture and dark chocolate.
6. Freeze for a few hours and enjoy!
