What makes coconuts so special?
Unlike many other fruits that are full of carbs, coconuts contain healthy fats. They are also a powerhouse of proteins and several other minerals. They also contain B vitamins. They are also packed with copper and iron, which help to form red blood cells and selenium.
Certain studies also reveal that coconuts can help with your heart health and at the same time, improve your blood sugar levels. That’s because coconut helps with slow digestion and improves insulin resistance, which can help to regulate blood sugar levels.
