At 50, Dwayne Johnson - popularly known as ‘The Rock’ - is one of the fittest and most active celebrities. The man with many talents, Dwayne has managed to impress his fans and followers with his wrestling bouts and his performance on the football field as well as on the big screen. However, what remains consistent is his dedication towards fitness and his healthy eating regime.
But sometimes, he takes a break from it too. Recently, Dwayne took to his Instagram handle to share a reel, showing off his cheat meal plan on a Sunday. He captioned it saying, “At Last baby. Been weeks since I had a Sunday off”. He highlighted how this was his post-workout cheat meal and well, it consisted of all things delish. In the video, we can see a bowl full of scrambled eggs and some bacon on the side. Next, we see a plate stacked with “coconut banana pancakes smothered with peanut butter” and drizzled with syrup.
He describes each of the dishes in his caption where the scrambled eggs are topped with feta cheese and there’s some “crispy” turkey bacon along with it. This cheat meal looks quite delicious and tempting and we’d love to dig into it too. Earlier too, the Jumanji actor shared a glimpse of his meal on his Instagram handle, consisting of burger, fries and some tequila to pair with it.
In fact, The Rock also tantalised our taste buds with a lavish Thanksgiving spread last year and we’re hoping for something similar this time too. There was grilled turkey, mashed potatoes, boiled corn and much more on the menu. A few weeks ago, his Sunday cheat meal made it to his gram when he was having cheese pasta and ginger bread on his day off. However, this is not to say that the actor doesn’t follow a diet regime. Along with regular workouts, he also maintains a strict dietary pattern. He reportedly consumes six small meals in a day that amount to his required calorie intake (6,000).
