We have not be oblivious to the bizarre and quirky food variations that have made news every now and then. There is a Mirchi ka halwa, Gulab Jamun ki sabzi and nutella biryani too. While we never thought in our wildest imaginations that these could exist, the reality speaks a different story. Do you remember the time when an oreo maggi recipe by a food blogger went viral and divided the Internet? As much as we might have detested it, we couldn’t help watching it atleast once.
Then we also have unique styles of cooking which have blown away our minds in the past. There was this food stall in Mumbai which became famous for its Flying Dosa. In similar vein, we’ve found a Fire Dosa and its making us go crazy.
Recently, a food blogger by the username @foodie_incarnate shared an IGTV on his Instagram feed, showing us this Fire Dosa. The video takes us through the process of how the dosa is made over high flame along with a few inputs about the ingredients, price etc. by the cook. Take a look.

Tucked away in the nook and crannies of Indore, this shop resides in 56 Bazaar of the city. The dosa batter is spread over a large tawa and then stuffed with all kinds of things like schezwan chutney, chilli powder, vegetables and some masalas. Loaded with lots of grated cheese, this Corn Cheese dosa gives out a full filmy vibe once it is cut into medium-sized strips and flamed with a high-speed fan.
Finally, these strips are rolled up into dosa pieces and garnished with liquid cheese. The dosa is priced at INR 180.
If this is not making you crave, we don’t know what will. Looks like we’ll have to take a trip to Indore pretty soon.
