Vicky Kaushal is currently on a tour of India promoting his upcoming Chhaava, a historical-action epic in which he will be portraying brave Maratha King Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. He was recently in Kolkata, visited Ghrishneshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, Maharashtra, and is now in Patna.
While the actors are often on a diet when preparing for the role, the promotional events give them a chance to take a break and give in to their cravings for Indian delights. Vicky Kaushal is no exception. He goes around the country meeting fans, promoting his films, and indulging in regional delights.

Vicky Kaushal Indulges In Bihari Litti Chokha
Since Kaushal is in Patna, he is currently relishing Bihari litti chokha, a regional street food that has transcended the boundaries of the state to become popular across the country. Sattu stuffed spiced wheat dough when cooked on direct heat results in protein-rich litti that are later dipped in melted ghee and served with chokha comprising brinjal, potato, green chillies, garlic, ginger, and onion.
Vicky Kaushal, surrounded by security and his fans, stopped at a street-side stall to indulge in the delicacy. Litti chokha was served with green chutney, pickled slices of onions, and deep-fried green chilli. People around the actor asked him if he was enjoying the Bihari dish, and he confirmed as he took a bite.
In a series of photos and a video shared on Instagram by the actor, the caption read, “Patna aakar Litti Chokha kaise miss kar jaayein??? गर्दा उड़ा दिया।”

A user commented that Vicky Kaushal enjoyed litti chokha in true Bihari style while referring to his traditional pyjama kurta attire and choice of place to order the dish. Another fan asked in the comment section if he would be paying a visit to Delhi.
One user suggested that Kaushal should have brought Katrina and treated her to litti chokha. A foodie vouched for the taste at the stall where the actor was indulging in the Bihari delicacy. Another user said that since Kaushal came to Patna and ate litti chokha, everyone in Bihar would have to watch Chhaava in theatres on February 14, 2025.
