  • 5-6 mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • And a pinch of black slat

Procedure:

  1. To make cucumber juice, peel the skin of the cucumber.
  2. Slice or chop into a small-medium size.
  3. Add mint leaves and cucumber to the blender or mixer.
  4. Blend it for almost 1-2 minutes for even consistency of the juice
  5. Pour the juice into a strainer/sieve/cheesecloth, allow the fluid to be filtered, discard the liquid as much as possible. 
  6. Add lemon drops, black salt, and sugar (if need it)
  7. Adjust according to your taste. Please keep it in the refrigerator.
