Ingredients:

  • 60 ml black and white scotch 
  • 60 ml soda 
  • 30 ml clear apple juice 
  • Green/ Red apple slices

Method: 

  1. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add black and white scotch, add apple juice with soda. 
  3. Stir well and place an apple slice in the glass and serve. 

2. Mint Smash

If you want to party in the daytime, you cannot miss mint smash. The mint complements the lime and other ingredients. You can pair up some great food with this drink: caesar salad, fried mushrooms, or chicken or veggie sticks. 

Ingredients: 

  • 60 ml scotch 
  • 1 piece of a lime wheel 
  • 90 ml lemonade 
  • 4-5 mint leaves 
  • Half lime 

Method:

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes. 
  2. Top mint leaves, squeeze half lemon, little mash it with low pressure in the glass. 
  3. Add your favourite scotch and top of the pinwheel. 
  4. Stir well and serve. 

3. Coco-Collins

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml scotch 
  • 90 ml coconut water 
  • 20 ml sweet coconut milk 
  • 30 ml pain soda 
  • Orange slice 

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients except soda and shake well. 
  2. Then add ice cubes and again shake well. 
  3. Strain into a glass with some ice cubes and top with a splash of soda. 
  4. Garnish with an orange slice and serve.

Ingredients: 

  • 60 ml scotch 
  • 15 ml ginger and honey extract 
  • Ginger and orange slice 

Method: 

  1. Fill your glass with 3-4 ice cubes, add ginger and honey extract. 
  2. Stir and add pour your favourite scotch. Again mix well. 
  3. Garnish it with the ginger and orange slice.
