One of the most popular international cuisines in India is pasta. Although it is often eaten for lunch and breakfast, in India it has evolved into one of the most well-liked snack foods. The most typical one is one that uses red or white sauce, but it may also be transformed into a pink sauce by mixing red and white sauce.
If you're a die-hard pasta fan, this is the recipe for you. It combines red sauce and white sauce pasta to make a delectable concoction known as pink sauce pasta. This dish includes cheese on top and is made with a hot red sauce and a creamy white sauce. Although mainly onion and bell pepper is used in this dish, you can substitute other vegetables of your choosing, such as maize, broccoli, and others. This dish lends itself well to experimenting because you can alter it to suit your preferences. You can increase the amount of red sauce by adding additional tomato puree, and you can increase the amount of white sauce by doubling the components. It yields gorgeous pink pasta that may be eaten for dinner or as a comfort food as a snack.

Ingredients:
For boiling the pasta:
• 1½ litre water
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 2 cup penne pasta
For the white sauce:
• 1 tsp butter
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp maida
• 1½ cup milk (chilled)
• ¼ tsp mixed herbs
• ¼ tsp chilli flakes
• ¼ tsp salt
• 3 tbsp cheese (grated)
• 3 tsp olive oil
• 1 tsp butter
• 3 clove garlic (finely chopped)
• ½ tsp mixed Herbs
• ½ tsp chilli flakes
• 1 onion (finely chopped)
• 1½ cup tomato purée
• 2 tbsps tomato sauce
• ½ tsp chilli powder
• ½ tsp salt
Other ingredients:
• 3 tbsps cheese (grated)
• ¼ tsp chilli flakes
• ¼ tsp mixed herbs
Method:
• Take water in a big container first.
• Bring the water to a boil while adding 1 tsp salt and 2 tsps olive oil.
• Now, add 2 cups of penne pasta and toss well, this aids in preventing pasta from adhering to the pan’s bottom.
• The pasta should be cooked by boiling for 9 mins or following the directions on the package.
• After boiling the pasta, drain the water and set it aside.
• First, warm 2 tbsps maida, 2 tsps olive oil, and 1 tsp butter in a pan.
• Roast the maida over a low flame until it begins to smell.
• Now, add 1 1/2 cup milk and whisk constantly, make sure the milk is cold.
• Stir continuously until the sauce starts to gradually thicken.
• Add 3 tbsps cheese, ¼ tsp mixed herbs, ¼ tsp chilli flakes, ¼ tsp salt, and mix well.
• Now, in a different pan, heat 3 tbsps of olive oil, 1 tbsp of butter, 3 cloves of garlic, ½ tbsp mixed herbs, and ½ tbsp chilli flakes in a sizeable wok.
• Cook the spices until they become fragrant over a low flame.
• Add 1 onion now, and cook until the onions start to sweat.
• Afterward, add 1½ cups of tomato puree and boil over medium heat until the puree gradually thickens.
• Add 2 tbsps tomato sauce, ½ tsp each of salt and chilli powder.
• Cook the sauce for a while more until it thickens.
• Now, blend the red sauce with the prepared white sauce.
• Now that the spaghetti sauce is pink, you can tell that it has changed colour.
• Pink sauce is ready for pasta.
• Add the cooked pasta and stir well.
• You can also include 3 tbsps of cheese, ¼ tsp of chilli flakes, and ¼ tsp of mixed herbs. Combine everything thoroughly.
• Eat the pasta with pink sauce, some additional cheese, and basil leaves on top.
