Pasta is a dish that is extremely popular all over the world, not only because of its heavenly taste, but also because of how easily adaptable it is. The Italian dish has long been incorporated in several cuisines around the globe and so much so that almost everyone has their own unique favourite pasta recipe now. This is in itself a very unique feat as very few food items are such that they become so popular without even having one concrete recipe that is followed to make it and maintain some sort of uniformity.

In India, everything that we eats tends to have a stamp of our taste buds. It is not that our taste buds are averse to eating foreign food, but we would much rather have some sort of indelible footprint of Indian taste even when we eat food from outside the country. This has led to so many dishes becoming completely different tasting in the Indian subcontinent and these dishes have become some sort of fusion foods. Similarly, we have given our own twist to pasta and 5-star hotels to road-side vendors have different recipes to make it. But have you ever heard about pasta in paneer sauce? I mean, it is extremely desi of us to add paneer in pasta but just take a look at this recipe and try it for yourself to see how amazing it is.
