Strawberry cheesecake chia pudding, for instance, can become your-go-dessert when you are craving for something sweet. This version of cheesecake doesn’t require any baking which makes it the most convenient form of cake that you can enjoy anytime you want. Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberries
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/3 cup crumbled cookies of your choice
- 2 tsp granulated sugar or other natural sweetener of your choice
Preparations:
1. Wash the strawberries well and roughly chop them. Leave 1-2 slices of strawberries for garnishing.
2. In a blender add strawberries, cream cheese, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla essence and sugar. Blend them all together until the strawberries are in the puree form.
3. In a jar or glass, layer the pureed strawberries over the crumbled cookies. If you want, you you can mix them as well. Lastly garnish it with the slices of strawberries.
