Ingredients:
- 8-10 raspberries
- 1 peach, wedges
- ½ tbsp lime juice
- ½ lemon, wedges
- 1 cup soda water, chilled
- 3-4 mint leaves, garnishing
Preparations:
1. In a large pitcher, add raspberries, peach and lime juice. Muddle the fruits gently so they can release the juices. After that pour the soda water and stir it well.
2. In a glass add the lemon wedges.
3. Then pour the muddled fruit mixture into the glass. Again, stir them well until everything is mixed together. You can also add sugar at this stage.
