One of the neighbourhoods that was referred to by locals was Mohanpur. a hidden gem for street food enthusiasts. The aroma of freshly cooked snacks fills the air, drawing you to try the famous litti chokha – a crispy, wheat-flour ball filled with sattu (roasted gram flour) served with spicy mashed potatoes and roasted eggplant.
Another must-try is the crispy batata puri, topped with tangy chutneys and chopped onions, making for a perfect quick bite. Chana ghugni, a spiced chickpea curry, is a local favourite, served piping hot with garnishes of chopped coriander and a dash of lemon.
