The mutton here very delicious as star anise and tailed pepper dominates the flavour. Best part? They don't add ginger garlic paste but add whole garlic to the mutton.

In a conversation with Slurrp, Amitesh from @foodie_robin_ told that Champaran Meat House has the trademark for the name, and they are also very old. He said that they have 4 outlets in Patna and the mutton here is spicy and flavourful. Their preparation method is different. They cook the onion first till its half done and then add marinated mutton into it.
