Virgin Mojito 

Ingredients:  

A few fresh mint leaves 

1 lime, cut into wedges 

1 tablespoon sugar 

Ice cubes 

Club soda 

Few Mint sprig and lime slice for garnish 

Method: 

In a glass, muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges in the sugar until the mint leaves are smashed and the lime juice is released. 

Fill the glass with ice cubes. 

Top up with club soda. Stir well. 

Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime. 

Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing, tangy flavour. 

Mango Lassi Mocktail 

Ingredients: 

1 cup ripe mango pulp 

1 cup plain yoghurt 

1 tablespoon honey 

½ teaspoon cardamom powder 

Ice cubes 

Mint leaves for garnish 

Method: 

In a blender, mix the mango pulp, yoghurt, honey and cardamom powder. 

Blend till smooth and creamy. 

Pour into glasses filled with ice cubes. 

Garnish with mint leaves. 

Serve chilled and enjoy the sweetness and creaminess. 

Watermelon Basil Cooler 

Ingredients: 

2 cups watermelon, cubed 

Juice of 1 lemon 

1 tablespoon honey 

Fresh basil leaves 

Ice cubes 

Basil sprig for garnish 

Method: 

In a blender, puree the watermelon cubes till smooth. 

Strain the juice into a pitcher. 

Now add lemon juice, honey, and a few torn leaves of basil in it. 

Stir well to combine. 

Pour over the ice cubes in the glasses. 

Garnish with a sprig of basil.

Pineapple Coconut Mocktail 

Ingredients: 

1 cup pineapple juice 

½ cup coconut water 

1 tablespoon lime juice 

Ice -cubes 

Pineapple slice and mint leaves for garnish

In a shaker, add the pineapple juice, coconut water, and lime juice. 

Shake well to mix. 

Fill the glasses with ice-cubes.

1 cup pomegranate juice 

½ cup sparkling water
