Coconut Water Lemonade

Total Time: 5 minutes 

Servings-2  

Ingredients 

  • 4 cups of coconut water 
  • 5 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice  
  • Juice of 3 limes  
  • 3 tablespoons of honey 
  • 2 limes, sliced  
  • 2 lemons, sliced  
  • 1 orange, sliced  
  • Ice cubes  

Method  

  • In a pitcher, put lemon and orange slices together. Add lemon juice and honey, then pour coconut water on top. Add ice cubes and stir to mix well.  
  • Pour the coconut water lemonade into glasses and garnish with ice cubes and citrus slices if necessary. Enjoy!  

Mango Coconut Slush  

Total Time: 5 minutes  

Servings-2  

Ingredients  

  • 4 ounces of coconut water  
  • 4-6 ice cubes 
  • 1 cup of fresh mango 
  • 2-inch slice of banana 
  • 6 fresh mint leaves 
  • 1/4 teaspoon honey

Method  

  • Add coconut water and ice cubes to a blender and process until no large chunks of ice remain.  
  • Add mango, banana, mint, and honey and blend to a slushy consistency.  
  • Pour into a glass and serve.  

Coconut Water Mojito 


Total Time: 5 minutes  

Servings-4  

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup of fresh mint leaves  
  • 4 ounces of fresh lime juice  
  • 4 ounces of simple syrup  
  • 16 ounces of coconut water, chilled  
  • 8 ounces of white rum, chilled  
  • Ice  

For simple syrup:  

  • 1 cup of granulated sugar 

Method  

  • Put the mint, lime juice, and simple syrup in a pitcher. Muddle for a few seconds to release the flavour from the mint.  
  • Pour in the coconut water and rum. Add ice to fill a pitcher, stir to combine, and chill.

For simple syrup: 

  • Stir together the sugar and 1 cup of water in a medium pot. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Stir to make sure all the sugar is dissolved. Simmer for 1 minute, and then remove from the heat. Cool completely.  

Pineapple Mint Coconut Cooler 

Total Time-5 minutes 

Servings-1 

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup cubed fresh pineapple 
  • ½ cup chilled coconut water 
  • 4 mint leaves 
  • Ice

Method 

  • Blend cubed pineapple, coconut water, and mint leaves in a blender until smooth.  
  • Pour it in a glass over ice. Serve.

Coconut Water Milkshake  

Total Time: 5 minutes 

Servings-2  

Ingredients  

  • 2 cups of coconut water 
  • 1 cup tender coconut  
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar  
  • 1/2 cup milk  
  • Ice cubes, as required  

Method  

  • Firstly, add coconut water, tender coconut, sugar, and milk to a blender jar. Blend well until smooth and no lumps remain.  
  • Once done, add the ice cubes to the blender jar and blend it again at high speed. Pour this into four glasses and serve!
