This ingredient also contains vitamin A, which is essential since it works with vitamin C to strengthen the immune system. Consuming coriander in any form preserves or increases red blood cells since it is high in iron and folate.
  • When added to the chicken lemon coriander soup, the ascorbic acid in the lemon juice will help in the absorption of iron from the food, which can treat anaemia.
  • In lemon-coriander soup, the phytonutrients in the onions aid in the body's production of white blood cells. Additionally, it strengthens the body's defences against all ailments. It also includes quercetin, the most important antioxidant, which raises levels of good cholesterol in the body and lowers the risk of numerous cardiovascular issues. Another important onion component that aids in blood clotting and functions as a suitable blood thinner is Sulphur. Onions are also beneficial for diabetes and high blood pressure.
