While we don’t deny that the idea of combining two classic drinks which are delicious in their own right, together, don’t knock it until you’ve tried it! This unique combo of cold brew and lemonade gives a refreshing citrus kick and balances the flavours out.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold brew
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Method

  • Combine all the ingredients in a mason jar and stir to combine.
  • Top up with ice and serve chilled.

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup whole milk/oat milk

Method

  • Blitz all the ingredients in a blender with some ice.

Ingredients [For Coconut Syrup]

  • 1 cup water
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup shredded coconut

Ingredients [For Coffee]

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 2 tablespoons coconut syrup
  • 3 tablespoons coconut milk

Method

  • To make the syrup, add water and sugar to a saucepan and stir until the sugar dissolves.
  • Once it comes to a roaring boil, add the shredded coconut and let it rest for an hour or two.
  • Strain the syrup and store in an air-tight container.
  • For the coffee, mix all the ingredients and pour over ice before serving.
