Pancakes
Ingredients:
- Cardamom powder - 2 to 3 pinches
- Coconut powder - 2 tsp
- Sugar - as per taste
- Ghee - as required
- Chia seeds - 1 tsp
- Rice flour - 1 cup
- Bananas - 2
- Milk - 1 cup
Method:
- First, mix milk and rice flour in a bowl to prepare the batter. Do not mix in one go, as it can lead to lumps.
- After preparing a smooth paste, mix sugar, coconut powder, cardamom and chia seeds.
- Now, stir this mixture well so that the sugar dissolves.
- Cut the banana neither too thin nor too thick.
- Turn on the gas and keep the pan; put less than a spoonful of ghee; Spread it well all over the pan.
- After the ghee melts, the banana slices have to be kept one by one in the pan. Now, pour this mixture over the banana keeping your gas flame low; cover the pan.
- When the batter becomes dry, flip it to the other side and cover it again.
- Keep in mind that you cook this recipe on low flame only.
Crunchy Pakora
Ingredients:
- Powdered sugar - 3 tsp
- Green coriander - 1 tsp
- Rice flour - 1 big bowl
- Banana - as needed
- Salt - half teaspoon
- Flour - 1 bowl
Method:
- First, cut the banana lengthwise and keep it on a plate.
- Mix sugar powder, flour, rice flour, green coriander, and salt as required in a large bowl, and prepare a smooth batter.
- Turn the gas on and put oil in it to fry the pakoras.
- When the oil is hot, mix the bananas in the batter, fry them one by one, and take them out on a plate.
- These sweet-tasting pakoras are pretty appetising.
Gulgule
Ingredients:
- Cardamom powder - half tsp
- Powdered sugar - half cup
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Oil - as required
- Milk - half cup
- Bananas - 2
Method:
- First, peel the banana in a large bowl and mash it well.
- Now mix sugar in it, and then gradually add flour.
- Do not add the flour in one go; keep mixing it from the beginning with the help of a spoon.
- Slowly add milk to it. After beating two to three times, add cardamom powder, and top it as much as you can with your hands. By doing this, the gulgule will become puffy.
- On the gas, put a pan and add oil. When the oil becomes hot, mix the gulgule one by one while keeping the flame medium.
- When it's done, take it out on a plate and serve
