Ingredients you need:
- 5-6 apples
- 1 orange
- 1-2 cinnamon stick
- 2-star anise
- 6-7 cloves
- 1 nutmeg
- ½ tsp allspice berries / black pepper
- Brown sugar/ maple syrup
- ½ lit Water
Instructions for instant pot recipe:
- Slice the apples with peel on and oranges.
- Take a steel instant pot and add all the above ingredients, cinnamon stick, star anise, cloves, nutmeg, allspice berries, brown sugar, and water.
- Add them to a pressure cooker, put them on a high flame for about 15 minutes.
