- 250 gm minced chicken
- 3 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup refined oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 finely chopped spring onions
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 2 tablespoon schezwan sauce
- 1 teaspoon green chilli sauce
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 2 chopped green chilli
- 1 tablespoon light soya sauce
- 1 cup water
- Salt as required
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 cup of rice
Instructions to make Chicken Manchurian:
- In a large mixing bowl, add the beaten egg and salt
- After that, add salt, soy sauce, and ginger-garlic paste
- Add the minced chicken and mix it thoroughly with ginger-garlic paste, salt, and soy sauce
- Allow the chicken to marinade for 30 minutes after mixing everything together
- Add all-purpose flour and cornmeal next
- For the Manchurian, shape the chicken mixture into balls
- Over a medium temperature, heat the oil in a saucepan
- Add these Manchurian balls to the heated oil and deep fried them
- When finished, place them on a tissue paper to absorb any extra oil
- Now, to make the sauce, heat some oil in pan, and when it's hot enough, add sliced green peppers and minced ginger and garlic
