All people around the globe know that these small seeds are useful for health, especially for women. The first step in making Halim Ladoo is to soften the halim seeds by soaking them in water for a full night. After the seeds have soaked, crush them into a fine pulp. Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a pan, then add the paste and ½ cup of jaggery. Until the mixture thickens and separates from the sides, stir constantly. Take off the heat and allow it to cool down a bit before forming it into tiny balls. For a visually appealing finish, you might choose to roll them in grated coconut.

Anjeer And Mixed Nut Barfi

Add ½ cup sugar, ½ teaspoon cardamom powder, and a handful of chopped cashews and almonds for texture when the mixture has reduced by about half. Cook the halwa until it reaches the consistency you want.
