Flaxseed, Lemon & Honey Water
Ingredients:
Water- 1 glass
Flaxseeds (soaked overnight)- 1 tsp
Lemon (juiced)- 1
Honey- 1 tsp
Method:
1. Heat water and add flaxseeds to it.
2. Stir well and let it rest for about 25 minutes until it has a gel-like consistency.
3. Strain the water and add lemon and honey to it. If you like the crunch of flaxseeds then you can pour as it.
