A lot of them just need three ingredients, and they can be prepared in large quantities and frozen ahead of time—up to one month! 1. Pomegranate-Hibiscus Pops
In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil. After adding two hibiscus tea bags, wait five minutes. Tea bags should be taken out and thrown away. Add ⅓ cup sugar and whisk. Transfer to a sizable bowl and allow it to cool entirely. Add ⅔ cup pomegranate juice and stir. Mix everything and freeze.
2. Papaya Fresca Pops
In a food processor, chop 4 cups of cubed Mexican papaya (approximately 2 pounds of fruit) until smooth. In a large bowl, whisk together ¾ cup water, 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon lime juice, and ¼ teaspoon salt. Then, you need to mix everything and freeze for 2 hours at least.
3. Strawberry-Lime Watermelon Pops
Blend together 3 cups cubed watermelon, 2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries, ¼ cup sugar, and 2 tablespoons lime juice in a blender. Push the mixture through a fine strainer into a bowl using a flexible spatula; throw away the sediments. Freeze until slushy and half-frozen. It is perfect for summer!

4. Strawberry Lemonade Pops
Put 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries, ⅔ cup water, and ½ cup sugar in a small pot. Stir over medium heat until the mixture simmer and the sugar dissolves. Cook for about 5 minutes or until berries begin to soften. Take off the heat and allow it to cool. Using a spoon to push the particles out of the mixture, pour it through a fine sieve into a big dish. Add ⅔ cup water and ½ cup lemon juice (from roughly two lemons), stir and freeze.
5. Honey Peach Pops
Bring a few inches of water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Score the bottoms of four medium-sized, juicy peaches with an X. Soak the peaches in boiling water for one to two minutes or until the peels begin to come off. Place the peaches in a strainer and run cold water over them until they are safe to handle. Remove the peels with ease. Halve the peaches and thoroughly mash them in a bowl with a tablespoon of lemon juice and ¼ cup honey and freeze.
6. Chocolate Pudding Pops
Whisk together two cups of milk and two egg yolks in a medium pot. Combine ⅓ cup sugar, 2 Tbsp cornflour, and ¼ tsp salt in a small bowl. Blend the milk mixture with the sugar mixture. Over medium heat, bring the saucepan to a simmer while stirring continuously. Stir for one further minute once the edges begin to boil. Take the mixture off the stove and mix in ⅔ cup of finely chopped bittersweet chocolate (about 4 ounces) until it melts. Pour the custard into moulds after letting it cool for around fifteen minutes and then put in the fridge to freeze.
7. Cream Blueberries Pops
Puree 1½ cups of frozen or fresh blueberries, ¼ cup sugar, and ½ cup vanilla yoghurt in a blender until the mixture is creamy. Divide the mixture in half, almost equally, among the moulds. Evenly distribute one cup of vanilla yoghurt over the blueberry layer in each mould. Add the leftover blueberry mixture with a spoon and freeze.
