STEP 1.Peel Zucchini into long strips with a grater as shown in video.
STEP 2.Add oil to anon stick pan.
STEP 3.Add garlic let it cook for a second .
STEP 4.Now add onions ,cook them till they are translucent or for a minute.
STEP 5.Add green chilli paste, add tomatoes , add salt and 1 teaspoon black pepper.
STEP 6.Cook till tomatoes are soft or for a minute.
STEP 7.Add homemade paneer .Mix it well .
STEP 8.Add coriander leaves. Cool the mixture .
STEP 9.Grill Zucchini strips , sprinkle salt and black pepper. Brush griller with oil.
STEP 10.Grill it till you get marks on zucchini.
STEP 11.They will become soft.
STEP 12.Place zucchini stirps on flat board, now place 1 teaspoon paneer mixture.
STEP 13.Roll up the zucchini very carefully.
STEP 14.Zucchini paneer rolls are ready to serve
