A healthy drink prepared from dried hibiscous flower and fruits.Zobo (Zoborodo) is a Nigerian beverage made from dried Roselle plant flowers. The drink is also known as Roselle drink and called Sorrel drink in the Carribean.
STEP 1.Rinse hibiscous flower and put it into a bowl

STEP 2.Then add pineapple slices to it
STEP 3.Transfer hibiscous flower and pineapple into a cooking pot. Add in ginger, orange, cinnamon powder, ground cloves ,honey and water.
STEP 4.Cover and boil it for 25 mins. Turn off the flame and keep it aside for 2-3 hours.
STEP 5.Strain the juice with a sieve and serve.
