Ingredients for Zarda Pulao with pineapple and beetroot Recipe
1 Cup cooked basmati rice
2 Tsp ghee
1 Pieces bay leaf
1 Tsp garam masala
1/2 Cup chopped pineapple
4 Tsp beetroott juice
1 Tsp saffron water
A Pinch A pinch of yellow food colour
To Taste salt according
3 Tsp sugar
3 Tsp chopped nuts
2 g tsp raisin
2 Tsp dry coconut

STEP 1.Heat the pan and add ghee. Now add all spices. Saute it for a while. Now add nuts and raising. Stir it for a while.
STEP 2.Now put the pineapple and stir it for a while.
STEP 3.Then add cooked rice.salt and sugar. Mix it gently. Now add all another ingredients accept beetroott. Add little bit milk. Give a good.
STEP 4.Cook the rice in low flame. When pineapple will become little tender.take out it from the heat.
STEP 5.Now divide the rice in two half. Add beetroott juice with one of part. Give a good mix.
STEP 6.Again put the both rice in the pan. Dum it for a while. It's ready to serve
