Ingredients for ZAN Recipe

  • 1/4 nos cupp Ragi flour
  • As required two cups water
  • As required two tablespoon ghee
  • As required half boiled potato
  • As required half carrot pieces
  • As required two tablespoon sweet corn
  • 1/4 cup Peas
  • As required handful coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup Beetroot
  • As required salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoon Black paper

Directions: Zan Recipe

  • STEP 1.step 1-we will take one pan and put it on the gas to heat it. when the pan becomes hot at ragi flour into it. will you roasted for 2 - 3 minutes in slow flame and take out another plate.
  • STEP 2.step 2- after that we will wash all the vegetable and chop them. after that we will take a pan and put it on the gas to heat. add two tablespoon of key in it and add all the festival will try 5 minutes all these in low flame. cheap sterring with help of a spoon so that it does not stick to the bottom.
  • STEP 3.step 3 then we will transfer all the vegetables to another plate and in the same pan flour and water boil it after it comes to a boil reduce the flame of the gas. add some fry vegetables and add salt as per taste and black paper stir everything well with the help of a spoon. After that turn off the gas after 3 - 2 minutes if you like it thin you can add more water to it, otherwise you can eat it thick. After washing the coriander leaves and chop them and add them, some coriander leaves and fry vegetables for decoration so, our zan is ready it is very tasty and powerful to eat.😊
