Zaatar manakish is a Lebanese flat bread.Zaater is a spice mix made with thyme, pepper, oregano, seasame and olive oil which is used as a topping on the bread .
STEP 1.For the dough:Take a bowl and add warm water,yeast and sugar and mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.After 10 minutes add,all purpose flour,salt and oil and make a soft dough and keep aside for 1 hour or till it doubles in size
STEP 2.Mix all the ingredients of zaatar in olive oil and keep aside.Divide the dough into 4 small balls and roll out into medium thick rounds and transfer to a parchment lined baking tray.Top with the zaatar mix and leave aside for 15mins.Bake in a preheated oven at 200 for 10 to 12 mins.
