Young Jackfruit Curry is a Sri Lankan curry made with jackfruit seeds and is very popular in parts of Sri Lanka which is easily available at all the restaurants.
STEP 1.1 heat some oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cardamoms, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, onions and ginger garlic paste.

STEP 2.2 now add tamarind and green chilli.

STEP 3.3 cook it for 1 minute at medium flame and add all the masalas and salt in it.
step 4
STEP 4.4 cook it well for another minute.
step 5
STEP 5.5 finally add jackfruit and ½ a cup of water to the pan.
step 6
STEP 6.6 cover using a lid and let it cook for 15 minutes at medium flame.after 15 minutes add coconut milk and give it a stir.

STEP 7.7 your young jackfruit curry is ready to be served.
