Ingredients for Yellow Rice Pulav Recipe

  • As required For Rice Pulaav
  • 1/2 cup basmati rice
  • 1/2 nos medium sized chopped potato
  • 1/2 nos medium sized hopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup nutrella soya chunks
  • 1/2 nos green chilly
  • 1/2 nos tspn cumin Seeds
  • 1 nos Cardamom
  • 1/2 nos pinch asofiteda
  • 1/2 nos bay leaf
  • 1/4 nos tspn turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 nos tspn coriander powder
  • 1/2 nos tbspn clarified butter
  • As required salt to taste

Directions: Yellow Rice Pulav Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak Rice in water for 15 minutes
  • STEP 2.Take clarified butter in a pot. Shallow fry the green chilles and all vegetables.
  • STEP 3.Add all the spices and Rice.
  • STEP 4.Put 2 cup water and cook.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot pulaav with raita.
