  • 1/2 Tsp teaspoon ghee
  • 1/2 Tsp teaspoon raw cumin
  • Handful of cashew nuts
  • Handful Of raisins
  • 1/2 Tsp Bay leaf
  • 1 Tsp Cardamoms
  • 1/4 Cup Carrots
  • 1/2 Cup Beans
  • To Taste Sugar
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/2 Cups Fry the onions as needed
  • 1/2 Drop of sweet perfume
  • 1/2 Tsp Dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Food color required

  • STEP 1.First soak the soaked rice in water and add salt, sugar, fried onion and food coloring in the
  • STEP 2.Now fry raisins, cashew nuts with ghee in a pan, add whole spices and fry in that ghee,
  • STEP 3.Now stir the rice in the pan and stir it with a little water. For 4 cups of rice, give 6 cups of water.
  • STEP 4.Stir and cover with a lid. After a while, stir and lower, serve.
