  • STEP 1.Wash and soak the yellow moong dal for 2 hours. Drain the water and grind it into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.Blanch the spinach in boiling water for a minute. Drain and blend it into a puree.
  • STEP 3.In a mixing bowl, combine the moong dal paste, spinach puree, wheat flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and cumin powder. Knead into a soft dough.
