Ingredients for Yeast free pav Recipe

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 0.67 Tsp Baking powder
  • As Required Baking soda half tsp
  • 1.67 cups maida
  • 0.33 Cups Curd

Directions: Yeast Free Pav Recipe

  • STEP 1.First in a pan mix milk and flour until it is smooth .
  • STEP 2.Heat it on medium flame and cook until it becomes a lump leaving the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 3.Transfer to a small bowl and cover with cling film and allow it to cool completely.
  • STEP 4.Preheat oven to 200C.
  • STEP 5.In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
  • STEP 6.Add the cooled down tangzong, milk and butter and mix to form a soft dough.
  • STEP 7.Knead the dough for 5 minutes or until it passes the window pane test.
  • STEP 8.Divide it into 12 equal portions.
  • STEP 9.Roll each portion into a tight ball.
  • STEP 10.Grease a 7” baking tray and place the rolls inside.
  • STEP 11.Bake in preheated oven, in the centre rack for 20 minutes.
  • STEP 12.Then shift the tray to the top rack and bake for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 13.Remove the tin from the oven, flip the rolls onto a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
