STEP 1.Peel and cut jimikand in finger shape
Microwave in little water for 1 minute
STEP 2.Immediately strain in strainer
STEP 3.Tap on tawal to dry the water
STEP 4. add masala in lemon juice.
Marinate yam. fingers in it for one hour
STEP 5.
Heat butter in Grilling pot
Add yam fingers and roast on both sides.
STEP 6.Sprinkle chat masala coat all sides
STEP 7.Serve with green chutney
