Ingredients for Yam(jimikand) ka dum Recipe

  • 62.50 gm Jimikand
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 nos tap tandoori masala
  • 1/4 nos Pinch haldi powder
  • As required salt to taste
  • 1/4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 tsp chat masala.

Directions: Yam(jimikand) Ka Dum Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel and cut jimikand in finger shape Microwave in little water for 1 minute

  • STEP 2.Immediately strain in strainer
  • STEP 3.Tap on tawal to dry the water
  • STEP 4. add masala in lemon juice. Marinate yam. fingers in it for one hour

  • STEP 5. Heat butter in Grilling pot Add yam fingers and roast on both sides.

  • STEP 6.Sprinkle chat masala coat all sides

  • STEP 7.Serve with green chutney
