  • 1 Servings udon noodles
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1-1.50 Leaves cabbage
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1 Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 Green onions/scallions
  • 1/4 pound Sliced pork belly
  • 1/2 tablespoon Neutral Flavored Oil
  • As required Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1.50 tablespoon Mentsuyu/tsuyu , but the final dish will taste slightly different. here's my homemade mentsuyu recipe
  • 1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1.50 tablespoon Katsuobushi
