Wool Roll Bread !! Recipe

Recipe By Jagruti.Shah

Wool Roll Bread is a delicious soft, pillowy and fluffy milk bread which looks like wool yarn hence the name Wool Roll Bread. The rolled dough looks like a wool yarn. This Wool Roll Bread can be filled with your favourite sweet or savory flavour. Typically these breads are filled with dried fruits like cranberries or raisins, nuts, cinnamon, custard, chocolate or cheese. To make this Bread, yeast dough is flattened by rolling, then half side is sliced in strips, other half side is filled, then rolled like wool yarn and finally baked.
