1.25 Thick sliced bacon strips, diced
1 teaspoon All purpose flour
1/4 tablespoon Sugar
1/4 cup 2 milk
0.13 teaspoon Salt
1/4 Egg yolk, lightly beaten
0.08 cup Cider vinegar
As required Hot Mashed Potatoes
