Recipe By Slurrp

Wild boar terrine is a rich and flavorful dish made with ground wild boar meat, pork fat, and a blend of aromatic herbs and spices. The meat is marinated to enhance its natural flavors, then mixed with the fat and seasonings before being packed into a terrine mold. The terrine is then cooked slowly in a water bath until it is firm and fully cooked. This delicious terrine can be served as an appetizer or as part of a charcuterie board, and pairs well with crusty bread and pickles.
