  • 0-80 gm *peeled and grated carrots
  • 0-60 gm * whole wheat flour
  • 0-60 nos *sugargm
  • 0-1 nos *banking sodagm
  • 0-1 gm *baking powder
  • 0-2 gm *cinnamon powder
  • 0-60 gm *Oil
  • 0-7 ml *buttermilk

Directions: Whole Wheat Carrot Muffin Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add oil,sugar, together and mix well
  • STEP 2.add buttermilk to the above mixture
  • STEP 3.fold the dry ingredients
  • STEP 4.lastly add the grated carrots and pour the the batter in the muffin liners.
  • STEP 5.bake the muffins@180* for 15-20 min.
  • STEP 6.after baking spray water over muffins.
