0.17 Cup Grated apple
1 Tbsp Jaggery powder
0.33 Cup Wheat flour
0.08 Cups Oil
1/4 Cups Milk
0.17 Tsp Baking soda
0.33 Tsp Baking powder
A Pinch Pinch of salt
0.17 Tsp Cinnamon powder
0.33 Tsp Vinegar
1.67 Pieces Apple slices
0.67 Tbsp Caramel sauce
A Few chopped almonds

Directions: Whole Wheat Apple Cinnamon Cake 🎂 Recipe
STEP 1.Peal and grate the apples. Now heat a pan and put grated apple in it. Add jaggery powder and cook until all the jaggery dissolves and become a thick sauce like consistency. When it is done, let it cool and transfer into a bowl.
STEP 2.*Take 6 inch mould/pan, grease it with oil, spread caramel sauce on it both horizontally and vertically. Now apply apple slices and spread some grounded sugar powder and bake for 10 minutes at 180°.
STEP 3.* Add oil into the bowl with prepared apple mixture and whisk properly. Now add milk and mix it.
STEP 4.* Time to add wheat flour. Sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pinch of salt and cinnamon powder. Sieve and add the flour into portions by adding little milk to adjust its consistency.
STEP 5.*Add vinegar into it and mix well.
STEP 6.* Transfer the batter into the mould on top of baked apples.
STEP 7.* Bake on a preheated oven at 180° for 40-45 minutes.
STEP 8.* Cover it with a cloth and let it cool for sometime. Demould the cake.
STEP 9.* Sprinkle sugar powder and cinnamon powder and chopped almonds on top and serve hot.
