Here is the whole fish tandoor recipe, everyone's favourite dish. Here i have used a whole red snapper fish. But any other fish with less bones can be used. Here secret ingredient is kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaves).

  • 3/4 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Green chilli paste
  • As required Salt

  • 1/2 tablespoon Roasted chickpea flour
  • 1 tablespoon Hung card
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric Powder
  • 3/4 tablespoon Kashmiri Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Paprika Powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg, mace powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 3/4 tablespoon Crushed Kasuri methi
  • As required For smoking
  • 1/2 piece Charcoal
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • As required For servings
