Lean ground turkey is an excellent swap for beef, and this recipe proves it Black-eyed peas, great northern beans and turkey make for a protein-packed powerhouse of a dish that will leave you satisfied long after dinner. Garlic, onion and celery replicate a familiar soup starter but the addition of cumin and oregano add a whole new depth of flavor. Chopped green chiles and corn add smoky, sweet flavor. Top each bowl with chopped cilantro, a squeeze of fresh lime juice and a dollop of sour cream for a satisfying dinner thats ready in under an hour
