  • 0.33 Small red onion diced or chopped
  • 0.33 Small red pepper sliced
  • 0.33 Small green pepper sliced
  • 1/4 cup Broccoli florets optional
  • 0.33 tablespoon Oil
  • 1.33-1.67 Large garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon All purpose flour also known as maida
  • 1/2 cup Milk warm
  • 0.17 cup Heavy cream or use milk, cream makes it more creamier
  • 0.33 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.33 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 0.17 teaspoon Red chili flakes optional
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • As required Black pepper to taste
  • 0.17 cup Grated processed cheese i used cheddar, optional, cheese makes it richer
  • As required Parmesan cheese optional, to serve, make sure it's vegetarian
