  • 3 stalk green onion
  • 3 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 0.13 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon peanut cooking oil
  • 50 gram Ginger

Directions: White Pompano Fish Recipe

  • STEP 1.Steam a whole fish for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes remove the skin on fish using a fork.

  • STEP 1.Now sprinkle some soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, julienned green onions.

  • STEP 1.Take a pan on stove and heat some oil. Now stir fry some ginger strips until light brown. Pour this on top of the fish.in the same pan the remaining oil must be poured over the fish as well. Serve fresh and hot.
