As promised in my last post, here is the recipe for the best ever chowder My husband said it was better than any chowder hed ever had, even better than the chowder we had on our trip in maine Also, this is hands down one of the bestest bestest bestest things i have ever made.

Ingredients for White Fish Chowder Recipe

  • 1/4 inch 2 tilapia fillets cut into chunks
  • 1/2 Small potatoes peeled cut into chunks
  • 1/2 Parsnips peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1.25 Baby carrots or 2 regular sized carrots cut into small slices
  • 0.13 Onion Finely Chopped
  • 0.13 cup Cooking white wine
  • 1/4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.63 cup Fish stock see my recipe for homemade fish stock, this had amazing flavor
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup And half
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.13 teaspoon Cayenne peper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 Bayleaf
